How did you hear about Real Fitness? I heard about it through a friend who had been doing it for a while and had great results and loved it.
Why did you decide to try it? I needed to do something different. I was very bored with my old workouts and stopped seeing any gains or results.
What made you join? I came in for the baseline workout and my free trial week and was hooked.
What goals did you have joining Real Fitness? To get in better overall shape, get leaner, and get excited about working out again.
How are the workouts at Real Fitness different than the workouts you were doing before? They are intense and push you past the point of being comfortable. They can really push you past what you thought your limitations were.
How many days/times per week do you come into Real Fitness? 3-5 times per week depending on my travel schedule
Have you seen results? If so, what types of results? Please List: 1) Increased strength 2) Increased stamina 3) Better cardiovascular shape
Who would you recommend tries Real Fitness? Anyone and everyone
What do you like about Real Fitness’ membership community? There is a great feeling of camaraderie at the Real Fitness. Everyone is approachable from the staff to the members and everyone in there just wants to get better.
Do you think you will ever stop CrossFitting? NO, at least I hope not.
How has the coaching at Real Fitness helped you to achieve your goals? There is a great deal of encouragement from the coaching staff and during some of the workouts you need all the encouragement you can get. The staff is also very knowledgeable so even though there are some complex and very athletic movements that could be dangerous they do a very good job of teaching proper technique and keeping you safe.
What goals do you hope to accomplish in the future? Be able to successfully and correctly do all the movements during any work out and see gains in all of them.
What do you like about Real Fitness compared to other fitness groups/facilities? There is great energy and excitement at the gym. People are in there working hard and want to get better. Traditional gyms now seem boring and lack the challenge and intensity that you get at Real Fitness. Intensity gets taken to a whole new level when you have people working out with you, encouraging you, and coaches pushing you every time you walk in the door.
