CrossFit Real Fitness was built in 2009 with a vision of becoming the first commercialized CrossFit type "box," or gym, in Naples. The unique and spacious, urban-like design gives members a community-like feeling along with determination that anything is possible. Our gym mentality allows all members to feel that they are not only part of a workout, but rather a way of life.
With encouragement and accountability from our Certified CrossFit Coaches and members at CrossFit Real Fitness there is opportunity for all fitness levels to improve and excel in everyday life. Whether that means becoming better at a specific sport, losing weight, becoming stronger, or just wanting to live a healthier and better lifestyle.
In July of 2012 CrossFit Real Fitness expanded into a new facility to meet the demand of its members; and to be able to offer additional services to set them apart from the rest.
Our Amenities
Our facility consists of rowing machines, kettlebells, pull-up bars, ropes, rings, weights, tires, medicine balls, slosh tubes, smoothie bar, RealFit Foods program, private studio, yoga, indoor turf, and much more.
Our facility also offers full locker rooms with showers. CrossFit Real Fitness provides a towel service and water service.
