Real Fitness offers various classes included in our memberships. We encourage everyone to try out our classes - including TRX! You must sign up ahead of time to join this class, as space is limited. There will be a sign in sheet on the door of the back studio in Real Fitness.

What is Suspension Training? Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS, TRX Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise is a revolutionary method of functional training. Using a TRX Suspension Trainer™ and your own bodyweight, you can perform hundreds of different exercises and control the intensity by adjusting body position and angle.

Why TRX Training? TRX Suspension Training allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time and TRX Training forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities. Plus TRX Training is fun and different and we promise you won’t be bored.

New to the TRX? We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to class to meet your instructor. That will give you plenty of time for a formal introduction to your Suspension Trainer.

TRX Body Blast is a strength focused class, which is based on reps, tempo and form. Body Blast engages all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body program.

Suspension & Spin is the most popular TRX class, challenging users with a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace.
