- partners switch
- 20 AB Mat Sit-ups
- 15 Box Jumps 24"/18"
- 10 Push-ups
Notes: Team member #1 will start with 500m row and #2 will start with 20-15-10; when #1 is done with row, the partners will switch places; #1 will pick up where #2 left off on reps (ie if #2 is on box jump 11 when #1 is done rowing, then #1 starts counting at box jump 12 and will switch again when #2 is done with row); each row counts as 1 round and each 20-15-10 counts as 1 round
