"GI Joe" Under Attack

- 400m Run w/Med Ball 20/14
- 50 Wall Balls 20/14
NOTES: One partner will be do burpees while the other does pull-ups and switch when needed until all 400 reps completed between the team; then move to GI Joe Under Attack; partners will run together with 1 ball; switch on/off as needed to complete 50 wall balls as team
