- 800m Run
10 minutes: Deck of Cards
- Clubs = Box Jumps 24/18
- Diamonds = Push-ups
- Spades = Mountain Climbers (4 count)
- Hearts = Leg Raises
Notes: You will do reps according to what card is drawn (ie Aces = 15, Kings = 13, Queens = 12, Jacks = 11, 10, 9, etc.)
5 Rounds for time:
- 5 MU's
- 7 Deadlifts 285/205
- 9 Burpees
Notes: If you are unable to do MU's you may substitute 10 Ring Dips.
