WOD: Friday the 13th!

The games are here!!! Please show "T" your support by writing on the Real Fitness Facebook page words of motivation as she competes this weekend!  Also, makes sure you sign a piece of the wall for her to see upon her return to the gym!

Warm-Up

  • 800m Run

Dynamic Stretching

10 minutes: Deck of Cards

  • Clubs = Box Jumps 24/18
  • Diamonds = Push-ups
  • Spades = Mountain Climbers (4 count)
  • Hearts = Leg Raises

Notes:  You will do reps according to what card is drawn (ie Aces = 15, Kings = 13, Queens = 12, Jacks = 11, 10, 9, etc.)

WOD

5 Rounds for time:

  • 5 MU's
  • 7 Deadlifts 285/205
  • 9 Burpees

Notes:  If you are unable to do MU's you may substitute 10 Ring Dips.
