This Saturday - August 4th we will run the "31 Heroes" WOD at 8am, 9am, 10am only. If you wish you participate in the team WOD for that day, please come at those times.

Warm-Up

  • 500 m Row

Dynamic Stretching

  • 3 Min Bear Crawl
  • 2 Min AB Mat Sit Ups
  • 1 Min Mountain Climbers

WOD

5 Rounds

3 Min Time Limit Each Round

  • 1 Min Holding a bar in the front rack position 75/55
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 10 Front Squats
  • Time lift max double unders
  • 1 Min Rest

Notes: If you set the bar down from the front rack position in the min do 3 burpee and pick it back up and add 5 push ups and 5 front squats to your round. Score is total double unders.
