WOD

  • 1 Bear Complex 115/85
  • 400m Run

Notes:  1 Bear Complex = 7 Deadlifts, 7 Hang Cleans, 7 Front Squats, 7 Push Press, 7 Back Squats; once you start the complex you cannot set the bar down until completion of the complex...if you set bar down you must begin at beginning of complex
