  • 14 Mountain Climbers ( 1 rep per leg)

WOD 

For Time

10,000 / 8,000 Pounds

You must do

ON THE MIN 3 BURPEES

  • 1 Deadlift 
  • 1 Hang Squat clean
  • 1 Shoulder 2 Overhead 

Notes: you can use whatever load you like. Example if you used 135 for 10,000 pounds you would need to do 74 total rep. So that would be 25 rep of 1 DL, 1 HC, 1 S2OH. You must do 1 DL 1 HC and 1 S2OH in that order.
